21 Day Yoga Program

I am currently on day 13 of my 90 Day workout challenge and on my day off days I am doing yoga, with Yoga Online and I have signed up for their 21 day 'Power Yoga Challenge'

Today I completed the 'Standing Pose Sequence for Strength' with David Magone and it was very challenging but I enjoyed it a lot and will be using this in my yoga rotation.
