WOW...

Firstly I would like to say "HELLO'' to my new followers, I cant believe I have reached the 100 mark.  Thank you all...

Secondly I have completed another page of Sadness of Gaia today, and I am pleased to say some animals made an appearance... Can you see them???

I managed to complete this page in 17 days, I loved seeing the animals coming to life.  Now onto the next page with the lion and tiger...

Also as part of my new healthy living I have been looking for some 'Home-made Facial Cleanser's' recipes, I have oily skin and this time of year in the heat it gets really bad, so I have started using a home-made cleanser daily and a home-made face scrub weekly.

To make these is so easy, most products we have in our kitchens...

Recipe for a Simple Cleanser for Oily Skin:

2 tablespoons of baking soda.
Lemon or Tomato juice - I am using lemon as this is better for oily skin.

In a small bowl mix the baking soda and the juice of your choice, just enough juice to make a paste.

Then using your fingertips, gently scrub into the face and neck before rinsing well with warm water.

Easy as that...

Recipe for Green Tea Facial Scrub:
Green Tea is said to have anti ageing effects when applied to the skin.

One Green Tea Teabag or Loose Leaves Brewed
1 tablespoon of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Honey.

Pour 2 tablespoons of cooled Green Tea into a bowl, add the tablespoon of sugar and tablespoon of honey, stir together until thorough mixed in.

Apply scrub to a freshly washed face, rub the scrub all over your face, concentrating on the dry spots.

Use a wet cloth to remove the scrub, splash face with cold water when your finished.

Put the remaining mixer in a jar with a sealed lid.  Keep it in a cool, dry place and the scrub should last for several weeks

Thats all for now... I will be back in a few days for an amazing Low Fat Frozen Chocolate Yogurt Recipe...
