Another Page Done...

I can't believe that I managed to complete another page of Sadness of Gaia in just one week - I am in shock.

The lion has made an appearance but I am disappointed about the tiger, the body is visible but the head is not and I think it looks strange.

The Lion and Tiger from page 14.

All 14 pages completed so far...

Whilst I am so pleased about the completion of this page, I am extremely sad, my cat Mia has gone missing, she is a house cat and doesnt go outside and she has been missing for 24 hours now - I have tired looking but can not find her - so sad, my pets are my best friends.

Mia - snuggled up in bed...

Here is my recipe for Chocolate Low Fat Frozen Yogurt:

600g Fat free yogurt (vanilla)
59g cocoa powder

Mix altogether with a spoon until blended, place into fridge for four hour or more.  Transfer to ice-cream making and follow instructions.  Once ready I transfer to individual portions.

I hope you all have a great week and I'll be back soon...

    1. Becca, thank you for your kind words. The completed design will be 33 inches x 44 inches (or 84cms x 112cms), so pretty big, I am already saving up for the framing part :).

  7. Hi Lesleyanne, just popping by from the FNWF linky, and so pleased to find another cross stitcher! Not that i have done much in recent months...
This will be a magnificent work or art when finished, I wonder whether the back stitching / outlining of the tiger will make a difference to how it looks?
Good to read in your Comments that your beloved Cat is found...

  9. I hope Mia turns up safe and sound. Our house cat Biskey went missing a couple of years ago but turned up safe and sound (if a little thinner) after a week.

    Beautiful progress on your stitching!
